I needed stairs replaced on the front and side of my house and spent months getting estimates from numerous contractors until I found one that was reasonably priced, professional and I was comfortable to work with. Everything from the estimating to completion of the work happened ahead of schedule and beyond my expectations. They are complete professionals and their work is outstanding. Even when major unexpected damage was found in my house (which no one could have seen until the old stairs came out) Mike and his crew kept the additional cost of the work to a minimum and still finished the job much faster than expected. Every call and text were answered right away all appointments were kept and on time Everything was given in writing before the work began. I needed new steps because my old ones were old & crumbling. I received about 4 quotes and AJT came through as the best option. I'm so glad I went with them. Tanner and his team were AMAZING! Not only was his price was fair, but they got the job done quickly. Tanner brought no pressure to the project, gave me lots of options, was incredibly knowledgeable and was completely straight forward with me, so I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. Earlier this month, my wife and I had an emergency situation with our boiler that also required simultaneous chimney repair and restoration work.
